About the Project
We built an autonomous proposal and quoting agent for a client that needed to speed up and standardize post-meeting commercial proposals.
Before the project, proposal creation was slow, manual, and highly dependent on who prepared it, leading to inconsistent narratives and too much rework from scratch.
The new agent transformed meeting briefings and transcripts into structured summaries, generated proposal drafts with scope, timeline, and budget guidance when available, and adapted the commercial narrative based on lead type and regional context.
